Erin Shadbolt is a nurse administrator at Mayo Clinic Health System supporting ACH, home health and hospice, palliative medicine, and OBGYN in Northwest Wisconsin. Erin received her BSN and MSN degree from Weber State University in Ogden, Utah, and started her nursing career in the float pool of a 400 bed hospital. She spent some time travel nursing and eventually found her passion providing in home care to patients enrolled in hospice. When she received her Master's degree in 2010 she moved into a leadership position in hospice, and has held multiple leadership positions since that time. She moved to Wisconsin to work for Mayo Clinic in 2016, and was fortunate enough to have the opportunity to launch the ACH program in NWWI. Since that time, Erin has spent much of her time supporting safety and quality improvement work in the ACH program across the enterprise.
