Luci Roberts, Ph.D. is a Program Officer in the Behavioral and Systems Neuroscience Branch, Division of Neuroscience at the National Institute on Aging. Dr. Roberts administers research in cognitive and behavioral changes in aging. She manages a portfolio of research in mechanisms of cognitive (memory, learning, attention, language) change with age that spans research from molecules to behavior.

Prior to joining NIA, Dr. Roberts worked for the Center for Scientific Review, where she managed the Biobehavioral Regulation, Learning and Ethology study section, and the Office of Extramural Research in the Office of the NIH Director, where she directed the Division of Planning, Evaluation and Analysis. Dr. Roberts guided the implementation and evaluation of several trans-NIH polices and initiatives while in OER, including the rigor and reproducibility policy, the research categorization program, modeling of the biomedical workforce, and workforce diversity.
