Anna Satake is in her 18th year as a nurse and 16 years as a Geriatric Clinical Nurse Specialist. She is a PhD candidate at the UC Davis Betty Irene Moore School of Nursing.

Anna currently works at UC Davis Medical Center where she is the lead for Nurses Improving Care for Health system Elders (NICHE) and IHI Age-Friendly programs. She has spent many years working on programs that improve care for the older adult such as restraint reduction, appropriate sitter utilization, confusion management, falls prevention, and delirium.
